Fresh Noodles
Our fresh noodles are made using traditional Asian recipes and are ideal for salads, soups, ramens and classic noodle dishes. Produced using flour, eggs, gluten and water. Vegan formats can be developed by removing egg, however traces may remain due to shared manufacturing.
We currently manufacture fresh Ramen and Soba noodles. All noodles are portion controlled to customer requirements and packed in 1kg trays.

Cooked Noodles
GCL is a flexible, versatile noodle manufacturer supplying cooked noodles through our own Cook Quench Chill (CQC) facilities. Ideal for salads, ready meals, stir-fries and soups cooked exactly to your specification.
Produced to strict technical and hygiene standards, our cooked noodles are not only ready to heat, but ready to eat suitable for food-to-go, salads and ready meal applications.
Our automated cooking system delivers consistent results every time, reducing site-to-site variation, waste, prep time and labour, so you can focus on adding value to the final dish.
