Since our inception in 1964, we have strived relentlessly to deliver top-quality ingredients and unparalleled service to our customers, and this year commemorates six decades of that dedication.

GCL Food Ingredients was established by Giorgio and Anna Tudino with the vision of supplying authentic Italian and continental food products to food businesses. After many redevelopments GCL found it’s home in Newthorpe, Nottingham with 100+ team members across 14 departments all working together to perfect the craft of producing premium bespoke foods.

Today we provide the best quality products to both foodservice and industrial customers using the finest ingredients sourced from Continental Europe allowing you access to both quality and authenticity ingredients to stay ahead of the curve.
